Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First please try, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Thank you,

It is odd - all the fences on my main monitor are fine - all the ones on my dual monitor have expanded.

If I drag a fence to my large ( Higher Res ) monitor and back - it resizes them - so looks like this is resolution related

I reinstalled my graphics card driver - and rebooted - all seems to be fine.

Many thanks for your help

No it has happened again after rebooting.

Please can you just confirm if I delete and reboot / reinstall all of my fence configurations will be stored ?

All your saved Fences Layouts setting should be un-touch by uninstalling, unless you choose to remove setting while uninstalling.

Spoke too soon - I just shut down and restarted - same problem again HUGE FENCES

I did as you suggested. Uninstalled. Shut PC. Reinstalled . Shut PC down - restarted - and all was OK

Now this again ?

Perhaps, something else is causing it. Try Clean Boot, use this guide for Clean Boot: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1332445272/Fences+Clean+Boot. Do note that Clean Boot need to be done with care, try it and report back.

Don't really want to do this - so have reverted to the original Fences 6 ( 2025 ) which I had stored on my server. When I boot with this everything is fine. You must have a bug in the new versions

I have rebooted the machine 5 times on the original version of Fences 6 - and it works perfectly every time.

You must have an issue with the new update. Hope this helps

Hello,

I get a request from Dev, would like to request you reinstall latest v6 and turn on Enable advance logging, once that is done, when the issue reappear, create error report package for technical Support. Send it in so Support and Dev team can review it. Refer screenshot below for steps.

Hi, please select "Enable Advanced Logging" from the menu / reboot, reproduce the issue and the team can have a look. The log upload does not have this enabled. Hopefully this log can give some information
