Cannot edit rules

Running Win 10 22H2 (19045.5011) and Fences 5.84

 

When looking at the 'Edit a Rule" window there are a few issues

  • "More actions" text is almost hidden, and stays semi-hidden even if the window is maximised
  • I cannot change any rules - if I delete or change the rule text, or delete or add a new rule, then click OK, and return then nothing has changed.

 

 

I am running Fences as an ordinary user (not administrator). I can run as Administrator, but then I am no longer looking at my own settings.
