Drag & drop images from browser

I ran into a problem. For example, I can’t drag a picture from a browser into, say, Telegram or any other program. You have to first download it to your computer, and only then drag it (drag and drop from HDD works). Is there a solution? Or is this done for security? I am attaching a video with an example.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, you're referring to which Stardock software? Also give details on your system.

  1. Windows full version numbers. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Stardock Software that you're referring to. If it Start11 please give its full version numbers.
  3. Do you saw it ever work if you do the same steps you mentioned without Start11 installed?

3. Version Start 11 is the latest, not beta. I noticed the problem a long time ago. Only now I decided to write.|-)

I can not drag and drop a picture from a browser to graphics software with or without Start11 installed. So, I believe, if it ever work before, Windows has removed it from Windows.
