Active Installations

Could someone please clarify what does it mean 5 active installations?

Does it mean i can install Windows Blinds 11 only 5 times after that my license will expire OR  is it 5 active computers and i have to manage between those 5 computers only like revoking one pc to install and activate on another pc.

That's 5 active computers. You can install as many times as you need.
