Contantly Restoring Previous Layout

My screen layout is continually reverting to an older layout.  Several times a day, I need to restore the layout from a previos snapshot (usually from an hour or so before).  I paid for this software, and I shouldn't be having to do this so often.  Is there a fix for this?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account page Reboot , test and report back .
