Start11 : Is a start menu with multiple columns of program listings possible like it used to be in the actual older windows versions?

See this screenshot to see what I want.. currently I can't see how to get the same thing in Start11. 
I have a lot of software installed and I want the entire list of start menu folders visible all at once.

All you have to do is open Start 11, click "Configuration menu," and at the top add any locations to you need to the "Shortcut List" and then set those shortcuts to "Display as menu."

Now, open the Start Menu, and then click on the shortcut in the "Quick Access Shortcut list."

Thanks but this doesn't seem to resolve it for me. I want all the non app traditional programs to appear in a list. I get a mix of both by choosing the universal programs option BUT the resulting menu doesn't wrap to a second column (it's a long list) like the traditional windows interface would.    Ie like this:
