Perhaps it was taken down and removed, but I have not been able to find a Windowblinds skin, known as "Jitter".
Oh well. There's plenty of other very nice skins available, even among the free ones. Have a great holiday!

The name rings a bell but it ain't there...
Only thing that will cause that is its removal by author and a database reset subsequently...
