XP start menu template for WB

I made this a few months back. I usually work on a layer over it, when doing my start menu graphics for WB skins, and also use it for cutting the graphics up into their correct sizes.
Figured it would of use to a few folk here:

Not to sound fussy or anything, but shouldn't this be in the "skinning section" of the messageboard?
