[Crusade/2.5] Campaign - Hyperion Logistics System is penalized by adjacency

HLS reduces logistics cost of ships, but adjacency bonus on HLS adds it back

The campaign lets you build Hyperion player achievements, such as the Hyperion Logistics System which reduces the logistics cost of ships (so you can fit more in a fleet).  For some reason, the Hyperion improvements are "Influence" improvements in terms of what adjacency/tile bonuses affect them ... the Hyperion Logistics System, as can be seen above, unfortunately incurs an adjacency penalty, making ships cost more logistics points.

Actually they are two different things.  The first is the reduction of a ship's individual logistics (blue icon).  The second is the increase of total fleet logistics (green icon).

To clarify, this means that each ship uses -1 logistics slots, and the players gets +2 total fleet logistics, correct?

I've acutally never built this, some asshat always beats me to it, haha

Guess I'll stick all my Campaign-related bug reports in this thread.

Wasteland tiles in the campaign get a "+2 to Resistance" tile bonus.  I have no idea what a "Resistance" improvement is, but colony defense improvements like the Planetary Defense System don't benefit.  Not sure if there are "Resistance" improvements I don't yet have, or if this is a bug.

Yes for this example.  Depending on adjacent buildings, you can get even more free total points

According to a discord chat a while back. Resistance was changed to planetary defense, and they were getting rid of planetary defense. If this happens then there is no way to build buildings to stop influencing flipping of planets. In crusades this requires a legion to utilise planetary defense. If there are none there then the building is useless.

By the way marvin nice avatar. First time i saw him he was going to blow up the moon.

It appears I was in error.  Would be nice of the wording were changed to avoid confused derping like I did.

all "resistance" boni have been changed to "all construction" in the most recent updates.

Not in the pre-Crusade campaigns.  Planets still have resistance-bonus tiles which don't have any effect.
