[Crusade/2.5] [GLITCH] Colony "rush" button mouseover tooltip does not update between different items

As can be seen in the above screenshot, if you click on an item in the build queue and mouseover the 'Rush' button to see how much it would cost to rush, then click on another item in the build queue and mouseover the 'Rush' button to see how much that would cost to rush, the tooltip does not update and is stuck showing the first tooltip.

I'm surprised you haven't posted this one yet! ;)

Go into the Civilization Builder (or hit Copy on an existing race in New Game), select any tab below the first one (Overview), press the Back button to go back to the main menu (or back to the race list), then enter the Civilization Builder again. It will be on the first page (Overview), but the tab control on the left you were on before is still highlighted, and won't deselect until you switch to it again then switch away.

Super trivial bug, I know, but it's annoying and would take less time to fix than it's taken me to write this message. Yet we'll be lucky if it's not still there in 6 months. Sigh. Your bug was better though, I know. :p

Oh, and I almost forgot, here's one I noticed almost immediately back at launch (version 1.0!), and it still isn't fixed now over 2 years later, rofl...

The *second* Material selector in the Appearance tab of the CivBuilder, is always on "Material 1" when you first enter the screen, regardless of what value is specified by the race/faction you're working on. It does USE the real value to shade the big 3D model on the right, but unless you already know what it is, good luck figuring it out from the selector lol.

I've never actually bothered to complain about this because I switched over to defining all my custom races in XML a loooong time ago, so I don't need to care. But I'm surprised it's still never come up here on the forum, to the best of my knowledge. ;)

I can confirm it in the base game, 2.3.3 and 2.5.  The shipyard 'Buy' seems okay.
