Hello,
when I hover over the Buy button on the planetary screen, the tool tip does not display any information (e.g. how much it costs to rush a building), just the black box. The Buy button in the Shipyard works fine, though.
(I want to attach a screen shot, but the "Insert/Edit Image" just let's me chose an ULR; am I missing something?)
