Bug:
When talking to a race and asking them to declare war on another race, the 'Choose Target Race' menu incorrectly state that they are already at war with some other races. It says At War when they have a -10 relationship with any race. To confirm this, if they were at war they races wouldn't be listed in the declare war menu for starters, secondly there is no red line between those races in the main diplomacy window.

Solution:
It should say hatred or whatever the lowest opinion option is as they are not actually At War.


Possible Similar Bug:
In each races report window under 'Relationship', it only ever displays "At War", "Natural" or "Alliance"

Solution:
I think you should also display under relationship the in-between statuses such as 'Distrust, trust, fears, hostile, cool, etc in the report window. Although you can see those statuses by hovering over each race, so perhaps that's the only way you wanted to player to be able to see those.
