so i have 2 problems with ideology buildings
1) multiple building bug. its possible to build many of the ideology buildings on multiple planets
considering they disapear from my build list once one is completed i believe this is intended to be 1 building per civilization. This has been reported previously with different buildings in prevous betas
2) permanant ideology buildings
several of the idology buildings grant a one time bonus of 5 ideology points they are one per planet but once built cannot be destroyed.
i can understand that this was done to prevent people from building the building/destroying it rinse repeat for free idology points however i dont feel this was the right way on doing this
for my personal play style i tend to spend very little time in the colony management window i throw up some buildings to get me going and after i get a good set of techs i go through and then spend time fixing all my planets now i have buildings which i cannot move.
what i propose would be to allow the buildings to be destroyed and instead allow each planet to have a 1 time claim of 5 ideology points that could be claimed at any time after any one of the 3 buildings is built on that planet
