I use Greek Win8.1 and selected Tiles to replicate the taskbar tray icons on its surface
this seems to work apart from these issues:
1) popups like the volume bar show up at wrong place (at top-left of screen)
2) tooltips use wrong encoding and the Greek text in them shows up as garbage (please see https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxxqkteutsyhaho/Screenshot%202014-12-03%2011.50.41.png?dl=0)
