I have played a couple of games on both 1.004 & 1.01 FE with zoom to city for building option on and zoomed out to cloth map view of city, then click on the build button (in 1.000 used to zoom to city and show the 3d view and allow building from clothmap end even entire world view clothmap) but in both 1.004 & 1.01 when I click on the build button in a city it zooms in then zooms OUT without allowing and building, the only way I have fonund to be able to build in a city was to zoom in to below clothmap mode THEN click the build which then zooms to the city and allows building.

this could be VERY confusing for new users and possibly cause a new user to call the game buggy and unplayable with the zoom to build option on.
