since just about when the game started really. cesna of resoln.. 1st met him whilst i had my sov running around doing quests... still sitting when my territory expands to include the square he's standing on.

come to think of it.. don't suppose it's possible for him to trigger a quest from an inn or something.. only for me to trigger the same quest... (there was one around there) and finish it before him?
