I've been pretty much hidden but wanted to say hello to everyone out there!

The past few years have been interesting for me, for the better of me should I say. I found that special partner (currently in a friends with benefits relationship) whom I love and treasure no matter what happens to him or I in life, I've been working a good job doing computer repair and life has just made me happy to the point where I can wipe out all the bad things that I've spoke about in the forums in the past. I've always been about putting others first before me, and life really was not enjoyable then as it left little for me. Today, I can smile and say that nothing ever again will be bad. Well .... aside from the high blood pressure I'm battling with medications right now.

While I don't use the site here anymore as often as I used to... I still purchase Stardock products on a regular basis when a new one comes out. Right now, I just purchased Windowblinds and Icon Packager for $9.99 a piece because its the only components I ever used when I actually purchased the Object Desktop subscription awhile back. I run a Netbook connected to an external monitor, USB Keyboard / Mouse so I have to worry somewhat about resources loaded up on here. But $9.99 for the ability to apply a wallpaper to Windows Starter is a damn good price compared to the 80 dollar upgrade from starter to premium.

Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful November. I'll try to check back real soon, and as always, its good to see a lot of regulars that I've seen since around 2005 still be active on this site.

Thank you DR, Your are too kind And yes the breathing has been under control thanks to two medications The doctors found the issue at hand and its been controlled for almost 2 years now.

Yeah, that's for sure... and Jason, being in a good place means you'll bring some positivity to the place. I dunno, but it seems just lately there's an awful lot of complaining threads popping up around here [in fact I might have even started on or two myself].

Well, it all started when I met this person awhile back, it was a casual meeting I guess to talk and see how things turned out, now its a 4 month friends with benefits relationship. We have done so much together and what have you that I wish I had pictures to show the fun I'm having. It also gets me out of the house so to speak, so essentially, its like having two places to live now instead of one! I stay with my friend as much as I can, because living at home and not being able to afford a place of my own has really made me depressed, and I feel like Harry Potter always locked away in his room. I have done some things however to liven up the place. I found a nice used entertainment center for FREE outside along with a nice computer desk that was also FREE, I just had to haul it home myself. Then just last week I got some nice bedding for my bed, and also treated myself to IconPackager and Windowblinds for visual treats. And next month, I am getting a twin size mattress for my captains bed set I have had since I was 13 and it still fits me today without requiring a whole new bed outfit (If I grew any taller I would be screwed!)

Also my friend with benefits is getting me my bear paw tattoo for my birthday, its my first tattoo ever, and I am actually looking forward to it. So all in all things are really looking happy for me and I don't want it to end at all. Sorry to hear about the complaining here. I guess its hard to please everyone without introducing a shocking change that will really get them going

With regard to the tattoo, Jason, and I have a few, I do suggest placing it somewhere less public/hidden from normal view/easily covered. The reason I say so is that tattoos can sometimes be viewed negatively... and if the person with the negative view happens to be an employer, or prospective employer, the last thing you want is something that's highly visible. It's entirely up to you of course, but it is a thought to consider.

Its going to be on a arm high enough to cover up with a sleeve , In regards to work, I've already got the permanently disabled label by the doctor due to the medications I take and would not be a candidate for the work place unless its a place like a fast food job or what not, my meds can make me a danger to operate equipment or make me drowsy on short ends notice. There are things I do on the side for a little extra cash for extra things such as clothing for (insert the season here) But thats about it. I'm disabled, but not completely helpless, just a different situation is all.

When I got mine, it wasn't so much 'pain', as 'irritating'. Especially around the back side of the arm.

Personally, anyone who thinks getting a tatt is painful is a total pussy. I have several and not one of them hurt... at all. And yes, I was completely sober/straight at the time. About the only thing I experienced was a bit of itching afterwards... and many years later... the thought I could have done without them. Yup, I look at them now and regret I didn't have better sense as a teenager... was a merchant seaman at the time and it seemed like the thing to do.
