Tweaking and Snipping

I am not a WB skinnner but I do use SKS to tweak a blind by snipping other items from various blinds to create one that is unique to my desktop

I created for my current blind Liu-Iow, I also modified the min max and restore please wait command bar and buttons also the start button. The preceding were just a few of the changes I made for the blind I use.

It is some times frustrating as some things did not work the way I envisioned I had to start over more than once, I also recived a lot of help from Country Yokel on how things work and where to find the items in the SKS
