Any way to cycle thru units?

Beta 4. I'm trying to cycle thru all my units using the Tab key. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It seems to cycle to the city as well and when it does that Tab cycling no longer works.

So my question is, are you supposed to be able to cycle thru units using the Tab key?

I didn't know about the tab key function for this.
