Espionage, spies, thieves, assasins, etc.

Has there been any recent discussions on an espionage system?  Will we have spies, assassins, thieves, etc.?  Anyone have any thoughts on this or can point me to any recent threads on the subject that I might have missed.  I skimmed through the search results and didn't come up with a whole lot  (or at least nothing recent).

No recent discussions as far as I know, but there was a lot said earlier. Since then we haven't heard much from SD as far as I know. As a starter you can check out these posts (there might be more too).

I'm also waiting for news on what approach they will take on espionage.
