Windows Live Mail crashing due to WindowBlinds

Just got the trouble with Windows Live Mail due to WindowBlinds and referenced like this by Windows as a consequence

What's that ugly thing and when Stardock will fix that ? >:(

N.B: excluding Windows Live Mail for being skinned by WB does not work

P.S: WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.01 (build 83 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(Écran par défaut) 1 is attached to ATI Mobility Radeon X1400

I'am running W7 with Windows Live Mail and everything is working fine and has always been.  WB 7.01 build 235.

Then it's -not- a WB problem.

Referenced like this by Microsoft ... (running XP SP3) ==> http://wer.microsoft.com/responses/Response.aspx/14463/fr/5.1.2600.2.00010300.3.0?SGD=33af37fa-6042-4f2c-86b7-ea2be6b485f4

N.B: don't know perhaps there's another component than wlmail.exe that is to exlude  ?

"wlmail.exe" is the file that you launch Live Mail with, so yeah, I'd say that's the one.

W7 x86 and Live don't have any problems here either. neophil78. I don't think wb7 is the guilty party, but I could be wrong. Was everything working well and then suddenly malfunctioned? Was this after an update?

Try running scf /scannow to check file integrity.... I'm far from being a guru, but do hope yrag or someone more knowledgeable than me happens along to help you!

excluding wlcomm.exe ? yep, do nothing better :|

... but unloading WB7 does it

Then email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.

Though i did a repair of Windows Live and check if WB was correctly installed (it was).

Then, as i use WFx, specially using the "maximize to size" function, i tried to exclude wlmail.exe from WFx and guess what ? It works ;P

Beeing good to know if trouble comes to someone else :waaaa:

try excluding wlcomm.exe as opposed to the Windows Live Mail .exe

Shirley is correct it's the wlcomm.exe in the contacts folder, so the 2 to ignore skins on is msnmsgr.exe and wlcomm.exe shouldn't have to ignore anything else.
