jest bought sins bundle online got a confirmation email it but no serial number i've been trying to fix it for hours no luck really wanna play
Install Impulse. Just key in your e-mail address (the one used to create the account for the purchase) and Impulse will bring up anything you have purchased with that account.
You can also enter your e-mail here https://www.stardock.com/support/ to retrieve your serial.
i have impulse and i've put my email in https://www.stardock.com/support about 20 times and every time i get no serial number and i only used one email
I'm having the exact same problem - it's very annoying! Game does not show up in impulse email address is the same....
The email you get from https://www.stardock.com/support no longer includes certain serial numbers for fraud purposes. To look at your serial number for a game, right click on the Impulse entry, and click 'View Registration'. If the game isn't in Impulse, make sure you are using the correct account info. If you are, try closing Impulse and running the following file:
http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg
Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly. Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it. Then relaunch Impulse. You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

espontaneo: Fixed it. You may need to use the above .reg fix, but you should be good to go.
