in which file where I can trigger whether or not the first cap ship as lead ship?
In each .galaxy file is a line "isFirstCapitalShipIsFlagship" TRUE or FALSE, just open with a text editor, edit and save (as .galaxy! Sometimes .txt is auto-added, remove it manually)
although normally, the flagship is the highest level ship, and if the two highest are the same, then there is no flagship.
nope, i have all of my files check, and it say true for isfirstcapitalshipisflagship, no change, it is the default maps so, but i don't know, it happens with the star trek mod for sins

the onces with '+' are cap ships
I could be mistaken, but don't those little plus signs mean that those ships have an upgrade ready?
Ok, to change what ship you want as your lead ship, highlight all the ships you want in that fleet, you will see all your ships highlighted in your empire side window, and one of the ships will be highlighted brighter than the rest, push the tab key to change the which ship this is (shit+tab to go in the other direction). Once you have selected the ship you want as your lead ship, use the "Create Fleet" button in your tactics menu. The selected ship will now be the lead ship. yes, but this is the star trek mod we are talking about, have you tried the mod, but those ships are cap ship, just try the mod for yourself
and using the tab doesn't solve it
Sorry! I see now that you were using them to indicate them as capitals.
I have not tried the star trek mod as yet, I'm working on a mod myself at the moment. I am a star trek fan though, so will try it once I'm done.
I'll keep an eye out when I'm looking through files for anything that might help.
