Hello all - Hope somebody can help! I just purchased an annual subscription to Wincustomise. I did this because I wanted to be able to browse and download via Stardock Central. Stardock Central is otherwise able to connect and download from the internet without any problems. But when I access "Skin Browser" and try to download anything, I get error msg "Failed to download". --- OS: Vista SP1 Running SD Central as Administrator with full rights. This is NOT firewall issue - tried turning off the firewall. I am a fully logged in and paid up Wincustomise subscriber... I took "ownership" of all the Stardock products in Vista, so this should not be a Vista security issue. --- As I try to download, I notice some messages regarding "redirection" at the server.. So perhaps this is nothing to do with my setup at all, but in fact a problem on the server. The Stardock IRC group seemed to think this particular functionality may not be very stable... Nobody in the group was able to work out how to fix this problem. I am dissappointed and irritated because I just paid USD19.95 in order to access this functionality - just to find I cannot get it to work. Any advice appreciated What's going on here? Cordelia
