Paint Shop Pro PHotoX2 does not skin properly

Hello!
I recently started using PSP Photo X2 and discovered that WB6 cannot skin it. The window frame (with min/max/close buttons) becomes invisible, though I can still grab and move it with the mouse. For now I've excluded it from WB6 so it runs with the Classic skin, but it's not very appealing. Any chance this can be fixed?

This has been common for me w/ PSP since version 9. It's intermittent and it seems to be mostly non-maximized windows and just certain Windowblinds too. I usually double click where the top bar should be and it suddenly starts working.

I found this problem too. On Vista it is skinned, but on XP it's not.

There are always some apps that do not follow th UI guidelines that WB uses to skin.  Sometimes SD can work around it.
