Game reload glitches. Cant move ships after reload

Im having problems, when I reload a game, suddenly my ships cannot move despite having full movement points, they are within close range of my planets. It tells me they have to go into hibernation or something and I know I saved before I moved them at the beginning of the turn.

Also, sometimes the "Turn" button is grayed out and I have to reload again.

Also, sometimes after a reload and I pick what research I want, the game crashes
