Couple bugs/glitches

My constructors wont go over thier basic speed. I put extra engines on them and they will still only go the basic speed. This is the second game this has happened. It happens at later stages of teh game after several or all of the engine techs have been researched it seems. I've posted this once before. I have no clue how this could be reproduced.
Second glitch/bug seems to be in the military rateing i get. I've noticed my rateing doesnt seem to move at all some times. Even though I've built alot of additional ships. Not just gimp ships either. I can build 5 or 6 battleships and have them all hit within one or two turns and I still wont get an increase in militart rateing. I'm referring to my rateing in my stats and graphs page btw. Not the overall rateing you get compiaring you as either first, second, third etc overall in the galaxy. I "think" this may be related to deleting/obsoleteing ship lines once they get a little outdated. You get asked if you wish to "sell" these old/deleted modles when you delete/obsolete. What made me notice this was my rateing was extremly low even though i had just built a bunch of battleships and cruisers and wiped out 5 large fleets of an opforce. His rateing stayed the same, as did mine. with the beating he just took they should have changed. MIne up, his down.
Also, about 3/4's of my ships arent even listed in my trade window. I was going to sell some old ones to raise some cash and viola, they werent there. No record it seems existed of me having these ships. Thus I "think" i wasnt getting "credit" for haveing them. I was rated at 44. The yor were rated at 255. I was kicking thier metal arses. This went on over a VERY long period of time. Prob 15 game years we were at war with the extremly unbalanced mil ratings, and i was whopping on them. I was playing genius or painful, dont remember which.
Would be grateful if a dev could respond that they saw this post. As i said I've alrdy posted on teh engine thing once before with no response to it. Now that I think about it, I posted once asking about the mil ratings not changing once before too. Anyhoo, would be great if you could let me know you saw this. Thanks

P.S. Sorry if i rambled, typoed etc, started this game saturday at noon, like 30 hours ago, just now going to sleep so i can work with my eyes open tomarrow . Did I mention i really liked the game?
