Start11 does not let you create a desktop shortcut by dragging the icon from Start Menu. It works from "all programs" but not from the Start11 Menu.

I have 3 laptops that run 24/7 with infrequent use (just available for a remote user as needed) and they have updated by themselves. Then, on two of my computers, I had the remark in Windows Update that it "it wasn't running the latest version" so I used the Update Assistant from Microsoft to download and install the update. But all 5 of the computers have consumed license keys unexpectedly, I thought it was the updates after noticing the installation dates

I am running out of licenses that I bought because I keep using them on the same computers repeatedly. Windows extracts and reinstalls all programs during major version updates and that kills the Start10 license. I would like them to send me 10 more so I can keep feeding them to my 5 computers as they are "eaten up" but by Windows Version updates.
