So, a bit bemused about a couple of things: 1. You say you want a 16:9 image for a custom civ, and prefer a 1920x1080 Transparent PNG, but then you scale it to 21:9 I guess if GalCiv IV is running on such a monitor? Any way to fix this? You seem to get it right for the video foregrounds, so I'm confused what you're doing with the images... 2. No way to change the background of a custom civilization?
