I have tried and tried. have the original receipt and product key for Start10 on this little HP 10 inch tablet..It disappeared after another horrible W10 event.. I can't get that desktop back no matter what i do.. ? anyway to talk to a real person? tia, kj

my paypal was charged, but the start 10 menu is not showing up. dont see where to enter activation license. TY, kj
