I installed impulse and removed mycolors. Still did not work.....

Alright so I downloaded stardock installed it and picked a skin. Now all my windows icons dont work, non of my microsoft office icons, my pictures. And when i go to control panel. there are no icons, nothing to click on so that i can remove the program. PLEASE HELP!!
