Hi, I installed the free version, then decided to buy the full one. I am told to uninstal the free one, reboot and then instal the full version. Trouble is the free one will not uninstal!! I have tried going to Programs and features then select the program click the remove button. I get the UAC asking me if I want to continue, I click 'Yes' then nothing happens! Am I missing something here? Please help! HP dv9000, Vista Home Premium
