I read in a few places that iconpackager was updated to work with windows vista. So I went ahead and downloaded my enhanced copy and purchased a premium icon package to spice vista up a bit. When I load then apply any icon packages, however, the screen flashes and the icons do not change. I've tried rebooting, running as admin, etc, nothing is making it work, and now I'm aggravated that I can't use the icon package I just bought. Is there some sort of trick to using iconpackager in vista? Am I s
