3 fences 25 icons spread between them. I have reinstalled Fences and it STILL slows a warm or cold boot considerably. However, Fences does run. Now that the computer at least boots in 1903, I would appreciate it if Fences did not cause so much of a delay in booting.
Did that. CMD window did not find any of the Registry entries. On attempted reinstall the same problem ensued. Perhaps the current Fences IS NOT compatible with the Released version of Windows 10 64bit 1903? NOTE: It was COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE with Pre-released versions. When The released version of the May 2019 update became available I did a complete clean install of it: Windows 10 Version 1903.
I did a fresh install From the Windows Download site (May 2019 release) onto my notebook and like always loaded Fences via Object desktop Manager. When loaded Fences stops responding and hangs system for over 5 minutes. Then it seems to work but really slows things to a crawl. Boot and reBoot takes 5 minutes or more (when it does reboot fully) but usually hangs. This is a problem for me too. I have 3 monitors and the fence background on the monitor where it resided changes to a blurred background of any monitor on which the fence does not reside. It changes to the proper background when the monitor on which the fence resides changes (the background becomes a burred version of the background on the monitor).
