If I understand this correctly, I can click on 'watch' in a forum post or article post and I will be notified when someone posts a reply. I believe that part is working correctly, however, when I click 'watch', I am taken to a screen called Watchlist which is always empty. There doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the watch.
