I mean they are making the game for the players and it shows. A rare thing indeed, nowadays! But Sins 2 is more fun than ever! I especially like the capital ship adjustment - it's better to see huge fleet battles than capital blobs

Rotating doesn’t work in an order queue now (I think it did before the patch). That’s really unconvenient

But honestly i am experiencing a lot of crashes due to the fact the game saves auto saves and Recordings on the main Drive (C in my case) Usually while i am playing for a long time and the drive is suddenly filled with updates for the OS and the game tries to auto save)
after asking around it seems like i am not the only one
We need (in my opinion) two options to solve issues like this 
FIRST : make Auto saves and recordings toggable from the in game settings menu (so we can prevent them from happening when we don't need them)
SECOND : allow us to choose the saving path (or the configuration path) so we can point the game to save on a much larger ,faster and empty drive instead of forcing us to save on the most unavailable drive in our system

In addition i've come across a small design flaw where you are hiding old saved games and recordings from the in game menu
The problem for steam users is that we have steam cloud which syncs all of our data to the cloud
After the update the files no longer appear inside the game so we can't delete them and go through the proper sync process with steam
and if we try to delete them from the folder  they just come back because of the steam sync

So we are left with the only option of turning steam sync off to remove files (until we turn it back up)
I found a work around where i had to go back to a previous version and delete the files and then update back to the new one

A better design choice would simply be to display them in game and show a marker that say they are obselete so we can delete them properly
