They are very hard to read, like light grey on white and I can't find a theme or anything with Curtains to change these. Thanks!

Have you tried going from dark mode to light mode and back again? If you have already done that, and it didn't work, you can go toward edit style, edit original and then advanced properties where you can tinker with the text colors and text backgrounds. I have included a picture to provide assistance. Hope this helps you!

If so, you can change that area to black/dark gray when you change your Windows color mode to dark.
