I have been using the fully paid-for version of ObjectDock on my computer for a long time, (at least since 2019, maybe even earlier - I had it pre-Windows10). I do know that StarDock stated that OD was not guaranteed for use on Win10, but I liked it so much I transferred to my desktop HP computer when I upgraded that to Win10 anyway. It has worked perfectly ever since. However as a computer user for over 30 years experience taught me to always back up critical items. This I do, (to 3 separate external drives, not to an internal one.) As I have many shortcuts and folders on OD I have all of these saved separately in folders labelled shortcuts and folders (!!). Adding just one or two new shortcuts to OD is a simple and quick procedure via Settings. However adding my large number of these one at a time would be both tedious and time-consuming. So I expected to be able to simply open up the ObjectDock.exe file instead and drop all my shortcuts into the appropriate program folders in one go. I'm even sure I did it once a long time ago when my computer crashed and wiped OD's contents., but I can't remember now how I did it. Today my machine has done it again. and I'm left with it running OD's default set up.
As I said, I can't remember. I can't even remember how to open up, (ie. instead of launch/run), an .exe folder/app, nor can I persuade Google to show me anything sensible. Help would be greatly appreciated.
