it's due to I reboot the win11 pro system, just install the start11(Version 1.24). And then the explorer has problem.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Firstly, do you have any other product that change or mod Windows 11 Taskbar and/or Start Menu Installed? If yes, please remove/undo those first and reboot and retest.

Once that done, if still have issue. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

For your Fences 3 issue. I believe, if you using latest build Windows 10 or 11. It is best to use Fences v4. Better compatibility support. And the latest beta V4.0.5.11 resolve some Fences crashing issues. https://forums.stardock.com/512519
