Old privateer bug that is still here

Long time ago I spotted and somewhere reported a bug where after using privateer commander some ships miniatures are replaced.

Here are screenshots:

And here are the same transports after commander->privateer promotion, miniature in lower left was changed. This effect is game wide, I put them close here just for presentation. I saw it happen long time ago in like 2.8 - 3.0 (with completely unmoded game) and thought it long gone...
