I actually miss the jagged knife. There were two complaints. First they were here because of mega events. A mega event was meant to change the game dramatically where the player would have a challenge to rebuild. The first, and least supported was that it was too strong. There were arguments against that that it wasn't even the hardest to counter. The second was that the Jagged knife didn't know how to run it's planets where it didn't go into debt, so it couldn't build anything. The last point needs to be modified where it can manage it's empire.
Now if it needs to it needs to be able to tear non wonder buildings down to build it right. It needs to identify what buildings are the best for each type. They also need to build all there player achievements, so there is a award for this.
Now I would like to add it would be nice if numbers are generated that way, but if you use class zero planets instead. Possibly giving the some resources with some cash to start out with, or also include starbases into the mix.
Now the other opponents need to be aware of this especially if they lost planets trying to take the best planets first.
This needs to be a pregame option, or a Dlc that you could turn on, and off.
