Roll up Fences action does not work in the way described in configuration 3.04

In the configuration it describes that you can move a Fence to the edge of the screen and it will automatically become a roll up Fence. This only works for me if I try and dock with the top edge of my desktop. I can dock Fences to the left and right side but they don't automatically become roll up Fences. I cannot dock a Fence on the bottom of my desktop which is where I have my taskbar - it simply slides behind the taskbar until I reach the Fence title and is not docked or a roll up Fence.

I see from an earlier post that a similar problem was occurring.

Turning off "Roll up Fences placed on edge of screen" allows me to dock any Fence on the taskbar. I can then choose 'Roll-up Fence' from the individual Fence menu.

Also if you click on the individual Fence menu and choose 'view | Roll-up fence'. Then move it down to the taskbar this will also work.

It appears that docking on the taskbar with "Roll up Fences placed on edge of screen" selected is the issue.
