help! Fences won't load!

No fences when I reboot! And it's got all my icons! When I look for Fences in the start menu, I get a message saying it isn't loaded and I might have to reinstall Fences. I have a paid subscription, I'm running fully-updated Windows 10 and Fences 3. 

How do I keep this from happening?

Also, when I try to submit a help ticket, I don't see a CAPTCHA image, and get this error when I submit: We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again
