Compatibility issue with DeskScape 8

When I'm using DescScape together with Fences 3 I'm still able to "roll up fences to the Title-bar for cleaner desktops"...except that all icons still remain on the desktop (cluttered if the separate Fences groups are placed on each other).

When exiting DescScape and using a normal Windows background everything seems to work as it should.

Is there a way to solve this issue, or haven't they been tested together by you?

I have the same issue but uninstalled Deskscapes for now. (Also Subscribed to this post ;P )

They should work together just fine (other than the blur feature in Fences will not work with an animated background - a Fences limitation).

What OS are you using and have you done anything to make Fences load up quicker?

End of Neil's quote

I'm running Windows 10 anniversary (up-to-date with fixes etc.).

Fences works but all icons remains on the desktop when the Fences groups are rolled up.

That part worked just fine until I start using Deskscape 8.

I haven't done anything in order for Fences to start up quicker...it seems to start just fine.

I re-booted the PC and it seems to have cured the issue:).

I know did a new installation on one of my laptops running Windows 7 (with a separate licenses on both Fences and DeskScape).
I had the exact same issues. Installed Fences first and everything worked just fine. Installed DeskScape and it screwed up Fences leaving all icons on the desktop when I did a roll up and the same when I double clicked the desktop to hide everything...the Fences groups were hidden but not the icons.

I re-boot later and everything was sorted...

Perhaps that is the trick. After installing DeskScape you should force the user (at least Fences users) to re-boot?
