I have a trade route with the Arceans that isn't displayed in the Trade tab or getting the diplomacy bonus for it.
The trade route exists, I can't create a second one between the same two planets.
However nothing is displayed about me trading with the Arceans.
And it isn't displayed in the Trade tab of the Govern screen.
Also since it would be my 7th trade route I am over the max trade route licenses.
