Your capcha system may keep out robots but it keeps out humans also as it is not clear if the letters are lower or upper case or if the gaps between letters are spaces or not, also all the colors might make it difficult for the colorblind.
Sorry you are having trouble.I tested it; it seems to be working.Try with all lower; no spaces.
