I have had Fences 2.0 for years and never had an issue with it

Last night I upgraded from win7 to win10 now all my icons are frozen in place and can't be move.

I read on google that other were having this issue and when they uninstalled Fences the icons were normal again. I tried it and it fixed my icon they could move again.

I installed Fences again and now my desktop icon are stuck and will not move, so I uninstalled Fences again
