I cant activate Decor 8 in Windows 8.1

When I try to activate my Decor 8 the program launch a window with "product activation could not write the activation signature" please help.

I have not installed it anywhere else. Not understand WHAT is happening. Please reset the key for me to activate it. Only 12 days left before blocking it.

We were having server issues earlier, but they should be resolved now so please try again.  If you still have an issue please let us know.

I can't activate either.  I'm getting error -212.
