digital downloads not working

Forum, I need your help

On July 3rd I purchased 3 licenses for Start 8,to be used on 3 separate win 8 pc's. received a digital download with 3 product keys but I cant download and add key.one setup exe asks me to purchase start 8 another choice is unlock previous purchase but it says no registration found. how can I just download and add key? on my 2nd pc setup exe gives me choices of try start 8 for 30 dys purchase start 8 and unlock previous purchase which comes back no registration found. 3rd license is not used yet. ord 3224059 not doing it for me. any help is greatly appreciated. is there any way to recoup payment if downloads don't work? Thanks

Don't use the initial email \ password option to activate. Rather, use the I have a Serial and enter the Product Key (same thing as serial) where prompted.
