I renamed it (removing the "a" which was the first letter) and haven't got the bug when Trogs are used instead that others have reported.
No the undead units are being used. It's just a minor thing if you zoom all the way in to the city you will see Trogs instead of undead citizens. It's not a bug or anything it's more of a immersion bit.
The name isn't an issue. The reason it has an "a" in front of it is so that it loads first (the files load in alphabetical order) and Morrigan appears at the top of the sovereign list.
